ABOUT THE CLASS

Citadel Community Association is delighted to offer a new yoga program focussing on mobility, healthy aging, strength, flexibility and the mind-body-breath connection.  It is designed to bring relaxation, gentle movement, and a profound sense of calm to all who attend. This class welcomes everyone, regardless of age or experience, and aims to create an oasis of tranquility amid the bustle of daily life.
